A seven lot development consisting of a fully improved street terminating into a cul-de-sac. Seven fully improved lots with: sewer, water, storm, underground electric, phone, natural gas, cable and sidewalks. Developer's responsibility included: supervising the engineering and leading the entitlement process, overseeing and coordinating all phases of the construction, formulating the deed restrictions and managing the sale of each lot.
