A fully developed 30+ acre site with all underground utilities designed as a cluster style housing community.  The site was built and developed in three phases in coordination with local builder who performed the marketing and building of the homes.  Purchased the land, spearheaded the approval process, selected and coordinated contractors, performed landscape and entrance design, negotiated contract with builder and maintained site during and after construction.

Responsibilities included developing the Deed Restrictions and establishing the Homeowners Association.
